METHODS – Interactive – practical – multimedial
“Learn from your mistakes” is our motto.
We start from our participants' experiences, whether they are from a tiny village or a metropolis, are homestayers or globetrotters.
We use exercises, simulations and role plays to reflect on experience and bring subconscious cultural systems to light.
We develop people's understanding of cultural mechanisms and explore strategies for conflict resolution.
We work with a combination of cognitive and experiential methods that we constantly develop further.
Our courses are based on cultural concepts and value models developed by Alexander Thomas, Geert Hofstede, Rabi S. Bhagat and Friedemann Schulz von Thun.
In the introductory interactive part, we use cognitive exercises to examine cultural conditioning and judgement patterns.
We use experiential methods from the theatre, practising non-verbal and verbal communication in exercises, role-plays and simulations.
Film is used to train perception skills and as a medium of expression. As support, we use film clips, advertisements, the media, literature and case-studies from across the world.
